Greetings PCC Members:
This evening at 5:00 is the last City Council meeting where Anthony Ricciardelli, Rick Smith, Kayci Prince, and Shelby Williams will be on the dais to canvas the votes cast in the recent municipal election and to swear in the new council members. In light of their many years to this city I think it would be a spectacular event if a large number of citizens were to show up and give them a good recognition for their service. We will have another social event as an organization for them in the next month or so at one of our pizza parties (time, place, date to be announced). Shelby’s announcement was made today through his Preview today online around 2:50 p.m.
Come say thank you, watch the outgoing members make their final remarks and the installation of new council.
Election results were exceedingly disappointing, especially in light of the fact that approximately 11% of the voting electorate approved all 7 bond proposals, increasing the total debt of the city. Just remember, the government closest to you affects your life and finances the most.
