Poll greeters are needed!
Below is a signup (optional), but if you can volunteer to poll greet, please step in wherever and whenever you can. Every contact with a voter is important.
In the signup, someone has helpfully provided tips on which locations seem to have more voters. (1 low, 5 high).
Additionally, this is the SignUpGenius link for poll greeting volunteers. It would be perfect to have 24 volunteers (6 for each of the 4 shifts) to properly cover the day. Again, anything helps!
Poll greeters can also remind voters about the 7 Bond Propositions.
If you will volunteer to be a 'caretaker' - go by any of these libraries and/or Carpenter Rec Center to replenish election handout materials, contact Pat Greer, 972-768-5544.

Turnout has been good, our results are very encouraging, and we are expecting a big voter turnout on Saturday. It will no doubt make the difference in many races and the outcome will affect our city for years to come.
PCC has endorsed Cody Weaver, Carson Underwood, Hayden Padgett, and Gary Cary for a fiscally conservative, common-sense voice in our city, shaping our future for the next 8 years! We have a gigantic opportunity.
Voters appreciate the chance to talk about their concerns. They do not want any more apartments, they are burdened by property taxes, the performance of our Plano schools is worrisome to them, mature citizens want options to downsize. and they want a City Council they can be confident will manage the taxes they pay effectively.
Together we have done a lot of work to put us in a position to win and do good great things for Plano.
But this race is not over. Our efforts over the next few days will make the difference and Saturday voting will be critical
Here is how everyone can help:
If you have not voted, please vote on Saturday.
If you have family, friends, or neighbors, who have not voted, convince them to vote Saturday. Educate them on our candidates, the issues and the opportunity if we win.
Ask your friends to call their friends. Let’s create a gigantic turn out on Saturday in our favor.
If you are a Precinct Chair, contact your voters in the next few days to make sure they will vote Saturday.
Our poll greeting efforts have been effective. Saturday, we need poll greeters at numerous locations. If you can volunteer to poll greet, please step in wherever and whenever you can. Every contact with a voter is important.
For this election voters have been more open to talking with us if we are not wearing partisan gear or pushing a party strongly. It’s the issues of apartments, property taxes, schools, housing options, and taxes that they are voting on.
In working the polls, if you have candidates at your site, after greeting the candidate, introduce them as soon as you can to the candidate. They can then talk about their stances and other candidates’ stances.
We are only a few days away from big wins. Let’s all do what we can to make it happen!
